If we decide together to work together, we develop a concrete concept: which tools, which processes, which integrations. For simple topics, Linda and Julius handle this themselves. For specialized technical topics, we bring in experts from our network, always coordinated with you, never without asking first.
The concept is discussed with you, adjusted, and only then approved.
Implementation, we build it for you
Setting up tools, building workflows, configuring integrations, training staff. We stay with you until it's running smoothly in your daily work, not just until the technical setup is done.
Depending on scope, Linda and Julius or a matching expert from our network takes this on, but operational responsibility always stays with us.

FAQ about our consulting
Who are the experts in the network?
Our network consists of specialized freelancers and small businesses we work with regularly: developers, automation specialists, integration experts. For every project we choose the expert or experts that fit your needs and coordinate that with you beforehand. Operational responsibility always stays with us.
What if I don't want to continue after the initial consultation?
Completely fine. The initial consultation costs €79, and for that you get a clear problem analysis and our written recommendation. Whether you come back to us with it or implement it yourself is entirely up to you. No contract, no obligation.
How long does a typical project take?
Solo projects usually take 2–4 weeks, Business projects 4–8 weeks, depending on how quickly decisions get made and how complex the implementation is. We work closely with you at short intervals and check in regularly, not just at the end.
Which tools do you use?
That depends on your situation. Commonly used: ChatGPT, Claude, Make.com or n8n for automation, Notion or Airtable for structure. We work tool-agnostically and recommend what fits you, not whatever we personally prefer to use. We always check GDPR compatibility.
Do you have GDPR / data protection expertise?
We check every solution for GDPR compliance and run through a clear standard checklist. For specialized legal questions (e.g. Art. 9 GDPR for health data, data processing agreements with new vendors) we work together with external data protection officers. We don't replace legal advice in the strict sense, but we build solutions that are legally sound.
Do you only work remotely, or also on-site?
Mostly remote, that makes most projects more efficient and cheaper for you. For Business projects in and around Munich, 1–2 on-site appointments are also possible, on request and depending on scope.
